Nothing but good things to say about Kawartha Home and Hearth. Jamie and Jordan removed a massive old wood burning fireplace without having to cut into the drywall above the mantle. A few weeks later, Ben and Chase installed a new Heritage propane fireplace. Jamie had a custom metal face made for the old opening so that the new propane fireplace fitted perfectly. The price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. They arrived on the date and time promised and they were careful to ensure there was no soot or dirt anywhere. This is a top notch company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

James came to quote the job and was super knowledgable and professional. And back at the office, Christine provided me with various quote options with detailed information/pictures - quick and efficient responses. Pricing was fair and the product gorgeous. The stove came on time and the installation went without a hitch. James took the time to give us a tutorial and some handy tips. We have been enjoying our new wood stove for over a week now and we LOVE it. It looks beautiful and is super efficient. Perfect timing with the winter season staring us down and the price of propane going up! We are thrilled.
