Installed a new WETT wood stove. Very easy to deal with. They offer advice and are extremely knowledgeable. All products are top of line.

We bought our Jøtul gas fireplace at Hearthstone close to 10 yrs ago, great selection, service and really nice folks, 5 stars!Just this past month the pilot light failed, but not due to quality of the unit. It was our fault for turning the pilot off during the warmer months, the valve corroded beyond cleaning from moisture that got into it, so we needed a new pilot assembly. Lesson learned, DO NOT SHUT THE PILOT OFF. EVER except when being serviced by a professional.We contacted Hearthstone after not being able to get a timely response from anyone local, since it is a part unique to the unit and those universal ones readily available won't work with it. They were quick to respond with not just with a price, but availability as well. Got it within a week, well worth the 40 minute drive to pick it up!We had the old assembly swapped out the new one by a technician and we have the awesome heat on in our living room on these chilly nights once more :-)Thank you!!

Very happy with the knowledge that Scott has talking about wood, gas, pellet stoves. Also has amazing looking pellet BBQ's. I've purchased 2 gas stoves a couple years ago and now a pellet stove. Very highly recommend.

hello i have just bought a Blaze King Sirroco 25 and it is very efficent . highly recommend anybody that wants one to buy it. i cannot believe how little wood it burns and how much heat it produces. Scott and Kerri were very help ful too.

I called Scott the owner after reaching out to 3 local companies who said they could not install a wood stove where I wanted it located and in the time I was hoping for. He promptly came out for a site check and said yes it can be done, two weeks later his installers Harry and Glenn showed up on time as promised and were meticulous in their install, they were professional and friendly and thanks to all of them we now have a wood stove. I highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with Hearthstone. Scott was great giving us the initial quote, answering questions and explaining things. The guys who did the install in Fall, 2020, were honest and cared about doing a good job. They were happy to explain things as they worked and let us take pictures along the way. Well done, prompt professional work.We went with a Pacific Energy Alderlea T5 insert and corresponding chimney liner for our 1920s era double brick, 2 storey home. The Alderlea model was what we wanted from the beginning - and luckily - one of the only inserts that fit our emewhat shallow fireplace. Prior to the insert installation, we had the chimney rebuilt and installed a granite slab to extend the hearth.We now have one year with the insert behind our belts and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. With the fire going, it truly feels like home.We'd gladly recommend Hearthstone.
